Standard-size orders are typically processed within 6–8 business days, while custom or made-to-measure orders are prepared within 2–3 weeks after all details are confirmed. We ship through DHL, FedEx, and USPS to most countries, excluding Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, OFAC-sanctioned countries, and unsupported regions. Returns
Eligible standard-size items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, and order details intact. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping; BOND&GRAIN covers return shipping only if the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom orders, made-to-measure pieces, sale items, discounted items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
