Where do you ship?

BOND&GRAIN ships worldwide, with certain restrictions.

We accept and ship orders to most countries. However, we currently do not ship to:

  • Russia
  • Israel
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • India
  • OFAC-sanctioned countries
  • Any restricted region where shipment is not legally or logistically supported by our courier partners

If an order is placed from a restricted destination, BOND&GRAIN reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Do you offer free shipping?

BOND&GRAIN offers free shipping on eligible orders.

Free shipping applies to outbound delivery only. If an item is returned for a standard return or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a standard order?

Each order is reviewed, prepared, and packed before dispatch.

Standard-size orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 6–8 business days after order confirmation.

During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected courier delays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you.

How long does a custom order take to ship?

Custom orders, custom-measurement pieces, personalized items, and made-to-measure jackets require additional time because they are created according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Custom orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 weeks after all required sizing details, measurements, and order information have been confirmed.

If our team needs to confirm sizing or production details before proceeding, delays in customer response may affect the final shipment timeline.

Which couriers do you use?

BOND&GRAIN ships through trusted courier partners, including:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • USPS

The courier used for your order may depend on your delivery location, package type, and available service options.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

You can also track your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking page.

Please monitor your tracking information carefully and make sure someone is available to receive the package when delivery is attempted. BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for missed delivery attempts, courier-related delays, or packages held due to customer unavailability.

Are delivery timelines guaranteed?

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of BOND&GRAIN’s control.

The processing timelines listed above refer to the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order. Courier transit time begins once the package has been shipped.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the courier.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses?

BOND&GRAIN can ship to PO Box addresses where supported by the courier service.

We do not currently ship to:

  • APO addresses
  • DPO addresses
  • FPO addresses

If an unsupported address is provided, our team may contact you for an alternate shipping address. If a valid address is not provided, the order may be canceled.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?

BOND&GRAIN ships internationally to eligible destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local charges, or other fees required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, or charges applied by the destination country.

If a package is delayed due to customs clearance, the customer may be required to work directly with the courier or customs authority to complete delivery.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@bondandgrain.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

What happens if delivery fails?

If a courier is unable to deliver your package because of customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to provide required information, or failure to respond to courier notices, the package may be delayed, returned, or held by the courier.

BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for delivery failure caused by customer inaction, incorrect address information, or missed delivery attempts.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the package may be the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I refuse delivery?

If a customer refuses delivery or requests that the package be returned to sender without approval from BOND&GRAIN, the order may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

If the package is returned to us after refusal of delivery, any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other applicable deductions may be removed from any approved refund.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package appears delayed or has not moved according to tracking, please contact the courier first using the tracking details provided.

You may also contact BOND&GRAIN at support@bondandgrain.com, and our team will help review the shipment status where possible.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, BOND&GRAIN may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the case and courier investigation.

What if tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my package?

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery scan.

Email support@bondandgrain.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Delivery address
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We recommend checking with household members, building staff, neighbors, mailroom, front desk, or the courier before submitting a claim.

Claims reported after 2 days from the delivery scan may not be accepted.

Can I order multiple sizes of the same product to check fit?

BOND&GRAIN does not encourage purchasing multiple quantities of the same product solely to check sizing.

If you are unsure about sizing, please review our Size Chart or contact our team before placing your order.

Orders containing different products may be shipped together or separately depending on availability, packaging requirements, and courier handling.

BOND&GRAIN reserves the right to review or limit orders that appear to be placed primarily for size trial purposes.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@bondandgrain.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

If the damage is confirmed, BOND&GRAIN will review the case and arrange the appropriate resolution.
