What should I do before starting a return?
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for return, refund, or exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and order details intact.
  • Custom orders, custom-measurement pieces, personalized items, made-to-measure jackets, sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How do I start a return, refund, or exchange request?

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible.

Do I need approval before shipping my return?
  • Once your request has been reviewed, our team will confirm the next steps if the return is approved.
  • The USA return address will only be provided after approval. Please do not ship any item back before receiving confirmation from BOND&GRAIN.
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted, inspected, refunded, or exchanged.
Where do I ship my return?
  • Once approved, send the return package to the USA return address provided by our team.
  • Please include your order details slip, packing slip, or order number with the returned item so our team can identify and process your return correctly.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking. BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning eligible items to BOND&GRAIN.
  • Shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect.
  • If the return is approved due to a confirmed defect, damage before delivery, or an incorrect item sent by BOND&GRAIN, we will cover the return shipping or arrange the appropriate resolution.
What happens after my return is received?

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item before any refund or exchange is processed.

The inspection will review:

  • Condition of the leather
  • Tags and labels
  • Packaging and accessories
  • Signs of wear, fragrance, stains, marks, damage, or alteration
  • Whether the item matches the approved return request

If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be refused.

How long does refund or exchange processing take?
  • If the return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If you requested an exchange, our team will confirm availability and proceed with the approved exchange once the returned item has passed inspection.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@bondandgrain.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be a defect, damage before delivery, or an incorrect item sent by BOND&GRAIN, we will cover return shipping or arrange the appropriate resolution.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

How do international returns work?
  • BOND&GRAIN ships worldwide. All approved returns must be sent to our USA return address, which will be provided after your return request is approved.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges related to returning the item, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service and package the item securely. BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for international returns that are lost, delayed, held by customs, or damaged in transit.
What conditions can cause a return to be refused?

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The return request is submitted after 14 days from delivery.
  • The item has been worn, used, damaged, altered, washed, or repaired.
  • Tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
  • The item has fragrance, stains, marks, creases from wear, or signs of use.
  • The item is a custom order, custom-measurement piece, personalized item, or made-to-measure jacket.
  • The item was purchased on sale, promotion, markdown, or final sale.
  • The size was confirmed and approved by the customer before shipment and the return is due to sizing preference.
  • The item is shipped back without approval from BOND&GRAIN.
  • The returned package is lost or damaged in transit.
What happens if my return is lost or damaged in transit?

BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and packaging the item securely to protect the leather and original condition.

If a return is lost or arrives damaged, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange.

Can I send a return without approval?

No. Please do not send any item back without approval from our team.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted, inspected, refunded, or exchanged. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the USA return address.
