Standard-size orders are typically processed within 6–8 business days, while custom or made-to-measure orders are prepared within 2–3 weeks after all details are confirmed. We ship through DHL, FedEx, and USPS to most countries, excluding Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, OFAC-sanctioned countries, and unsupported regions. Returns
Fit matters to us. If your jacket doesn’t fit, send photos of you wearing it and your measurements within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll review your request within 2 business days. Once a fit issue is confirmed, you can choose a different size of the same style or a refund, as long as the jacket is unworn beyond trying it on and returned with its tags, packaging, and everything from the box. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll cover return shipping; for all other returns, shipping is at your cost. Returns for change of mind are not accepted, and custom, made-to-measure, and sale pieces are final sale, so please use our size chart or email support@bondandgrain.com for help choosing a size.
