What is your return window?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange for eligible items.

This window gives you time to inspect your order and confirm that the piece meets your expectations. Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Which order types are eligible for return?

We categorize orders into the following types:

  • Standard Orders
    Items purchased using the standard size chart available on our website.
  • Custom Orders / Custom Measurements
    Items made using custom sizing, custom measurements, personalization, or any made-to-measure request.
  • Sale Items
    Discounted, promotional, marked-down, or final-sale items.

Each order type has different return eligibility, as outlined below.

Can I return a standard-size order?

Standard orders may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

A standard order may qualify if:

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product size does not match the size selected when placing the order.
  • The product received differs from the confirmed product details.
  • The product quality does not match the expectations set by our descriptions and images.
  • The item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
What conditions must my item meet to be accepted?

To be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, fragrance, stains, marks, alteration, or damage.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return must be approved by BOND&GRAIN before the item is shipped back.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.

How do refunds work? and How long does it take to receive a refund?
  • Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • BOND&GRAIN offers free shipping on orders. For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How are refund amounts calculated?
  • Refunds are calculated based on the eligible amount paid for the item after any discounts, promotional codes, or approved deductions have been applied.
  • If a discount code or promotional offer was used at checkout, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase amount, not the original retail price.
  • Any non-refundable charges, including return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other applicable third-party charges, may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  • For transparency, BOND&GRAIN may provide a breakdown of the refunded amount upon request.
Can I exchange an item?
  • Eligible standard-size items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. The original item must first be returned and inspected before the exchange is processed.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, our team will help you review the available options.
  • Please review our Return Instructions before sending any item back for exchange.
Are custom orders or custom measurements returnable?

Custom orders, custom-size items, custom-measurement pieces, personalized items, and made-to-measure jackets are final sale.

Because these pieces are created specifically for the customer’s selected requirements, they cannot be resold and are not eligible for:

  • Return
  • Refund
  • Exchange

This applies to any item produced according to custom measurements, custom sizing, personalization, or made-to-measure specifications.

What is your size confirmation policy?
  • Fit is part of the form. We want every BOND&GRAIN jacket to arrive with the right proportion, structure, and ease. Before processing certain orders, our team may contact you to confirm sizing details or help review your selected size.
  • If the size is confirmed and approved by the customer before shipment, the order may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to sizing preference or incorrect size selection.
  • This helps ensure sizing decisions are reviewed carefully before the jacket is delivered.
  • If we do not receive a response to a size confirmation request and the order is shipped as originally placed, standard return eligibility may still apply, provided the item meets all return conditions.

Are sale items returnable?
  • Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, marked-down items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Please review all product details, measurements, and sizing information carefully before purchasing sale items.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@bondandgrain.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be a defect, damage before delivery, or an incorrect item sent by BOND&GRAIN, we will cover the return shipping or arrange the appropriate resolution.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • BOND&GRAIN will cover return shipping only if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and secure packaging when returning an item. BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Do you accept international returns?
  • BOND&GRAIN ships worldwide. All approved returns must be sent to our USA return address.
  • The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges related to returning the item, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
What conditions make an item non-returnable?

An item may be considered non-returnable if the return request is submitted after 14 days from delivery, or if the item has been worn, used, damaged, altered, washed, repaired, or returned without approval.

Returns may also be refused if tags, labels, accessories, or original packaging are missing, or if the item has fragrance, stains, marks, creases from wear, or any signs of use.

Custom orders, custom-measurement pieces, personalized items, made-to-measure jackets, sale items, promotional items, marked-down items, and final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

What happens if my return is lost or damaged in transit?

If a returned item is lost or damaged in transit, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange. Please package the item securely and use a reliable courier with tracking.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

BOND&GRAIN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Returns caused by incorrect address entries may not be accepted.

What happens if I refuse delivery?

If a customer refuses delivery or requests that the package be returned to sender without approval from BOND&GRAIN, the order may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
