DELIVERY & SHIPPING
BOND&GRAIN ships worldwide, with certain restrictions.
We accept and ship orders to most countries. However, we currently do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, OFAC-sanctioned countries, or any restricted region where shipment is not legally or logistically supported by our courier partners.
If an order is placed from a restricted destination, BOND&GRAIN reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.
Yes. BOND&GRAIN offers free shipping on eligible orders.
Free shipping applies to outbound delivery only. If an item is returned for a standard return or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrect.

BOND&GRAIN can ship to PO Box addresses where supported by the courier service.
We do not currently ship to APO, DPO, or FPO addresses. If an unsupported address is provided, our team may contact you for an alternate shipping address. If a valid address is not provided, the order may be canceled.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local charges, or other fees required by the destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
