What one jacket pays you
$48–111Our jackets run $320 to $445. At the entry rate that is $48 a jacket; at the top rate, $111. Ten in a month earns you the price of two jackets.

Never drop below 20%, in any month
The next twenty-five approved partners get 20% as a permanent floor — so even a month with a single sale pays 20% instead of 15%, and a strong month still takes you to 25%. No expiry. They also receive a jacket in their own size at ten approved sales. When the twenty-five are filled, this closes.
What you earn
Three rates. Your month decides which one.
Your rate is set by how many jackets you sell in a calendar month, and it applies to every sale that month — not just the ones past the threshold. Sell your sixth jacket on the 28th and all six pay 20%. The count restarts on the 1st, so a slow month never follows you and a strong one never locks you in.
1–5 sales · Calendar month
Where every approved partner starts. Your tracking link, a personal code and a live dashboard, with commission on every approved sale — made-to-measure included, which pays the most.
15% $48–67 a jacket6–10 sales · Calendar month
A sixth jacket in the month moves the whole month to 20%. Ten sales is $640 to $890 for the month.
20% $64–89 a jacket11 or more sales · Calendar month
Our top rate, with no ceiling above it — the eleventh sale and every one after it pays 25%. Twenty jackets in a month is $1,600 to $2,225.
25% $80–111 a jacketYour band is set by the orders you refer between the 1st and the last day of the month, and every one of those orders that is approved is paid at that rate. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after any discount, excluding shipping, tax and duties.

A BOND&GRAIN order is not a jacket in a poly bag. It arrives in our own box with three things beside the jacket: a thank-you card, a car perfume hang tag, and a BOND&GRAIN T-shirt. Every order, every market, no minimum purchase.
That box is also your content. The unboxing is a post before the jacket has been worn once — and a reason for your audience to film their own.
We do not discount our jackets, so what you promise your audience is not money off. It is a piece that looks better in year three than it did in year one, and a delivery that shows the same care.
How it works
The whole agreement, on one screen
No small print you have to hunt for. If any of this changes, you get 30 days' notice before it applies to you.
- Your rate
- Set by the orders you refer in a calendar month: 1–5 sales pays 15%, 6–10 pays 20%, 11 or more pays 25%. The rate applies to every sale that month, not only those past the threshold.
- Commission base
- Product subtotal after any discount, excluding shipping, tax and duties.
- Attribution
- 30-day last-click cookie on your link. Your personal code has no expiry and works alongside it.
- Approval
- 35 days from the ship date — the 14-day return window, plus three weeks for goods in transit.
- Payout
- Every two weeks by PayPal, on approved balances of $50 or more. Balances below that roll to the next run rather than disappearing.
- Returns
- A returned, cancelled or charged-back order reverses its commission and nets against your next payout. We tell you which order, and why.
- Rate reset
- Your count restarts on the 1st of every month. Nothing carries forward in either direction, and there is no rate you can be demoted out of.
- Your content
- You keep everything you make. You give us permission to repost it on our own channels with credit, and we ask you first before using it anywhere else.
- Commitment
- None. No exclusivity, no minimum, no posting quota. Promote whoever else you like. Leave whenever you want.
- Territory
- Worldwide. We ship globally and pay commission on approved sales in any market we ship to.

Not a fit
- Coupon, cashback and deal sites.
- Accounts built on bought followers or engagement pods.
- Anyone bidding on BOND&GRAIN search terms, or using the name in a domain or handle.
What we ask
- Disclose the partnership. Every post, every time, in the language your market requires.
- Show the jacket worn. In motion, in real light, on a real body. Leather does not photograph honestly on a hanger.
- Use our images as supplied. Unaltered, uncropped through the wordmark, never recolored.
That is the whole obligation. There is no monthly post count, no approval queue for your captions, and no exclusivity clause.
Questions
Asked before you ask
How is my rate decided each month?
By the number of jackets you sell between the 1st and the last day of the month. One to five sales pays 15%, six to ten pays 20%, eleven or more pays 25% — and the rate applies to every sale in that month, not just the ones past the threshold. So your sixth sale on the 28th lifts all six to 20%. The count restarts on the 1st.
What if I have a quiet month?
You go back to 15% for that month and nothing else changes. You are not demoted, you keep your link, your code and everything you have unlocked, and a strong month takes you straight back up. Founding partners never fall below 20% at all.
How long does approval take?
Five business days. We read every application and we reply either way — a no from us is still an answer, and you should not have to wonder.
When exactly am I paid?
Commission is approved 35 days after the order ships, once the 14-day return window has closed and goods in transit are accounted for. Approved balances are paid on the next biweekly run, by PayPal, from $50. A balance under $50 rolls forward rather than disappearing.
Do I have to hit a minimum, or sign an exclusivity clause?
No, and no. The monthly bands set your rate, never your membership — there is no sales minimum to stay in the program, no posting quota and no exclusivity. You can promote other labels, including ones that compete with us, and you can stop being a partner whenever you like without telling us why.
What happens if a customer returns the jacket?
The commission on that order reverses and nets against your next payout, and we tell you which order it was. Returns are part of selling outerwear online. We would rather be clear about it now than surprise you in month three.
Can I give my audience a discount?
No. We do not discount BOND&GRAIN jackets, which is part of why they hold their value. Your code is for tracking. What your audience gets is the full box — a thank-you card, a car perfume hang tag and a BOND&GRAIN T-shirt with every jacket.
What actually ships with the jacket?
Every order goes out in our own box with a thank-you card, a car perfume hang tag and a BOND&GRAIN T-shirt alongside the jacket. It is the same box in every market, with no minimum purchase.
Do you work with partners outside the US and UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide and pay commission on approved sales in any market we ship to. Payouts are made in USD by PayPal.
What is the Founding Partner rate, and is it real?
The next twenty-five approved partners never drop below 20% in any month, however quiet it is, and receive a jacket at ten approved sales. It closes when the twenty-five places are filled, and we will take that section off this page when it does.
Do you pay separately for content?
No. This is a commission program — you earn on the jackets you sell, and that is the whole deal. We may ask to repost what you make on our own channels, always with credit, and we will ask you first before using it anywhere else. If we ever want to commission something specific, that is a separate conversation and a separate agreement, not part of this program.
Can I buy at a discount myself?
Yes — 30% off your own orders from the day you are approved. We would rather you owned the jacket than described it.
